Works perfectly in terrible reception rural NZ -so glad I purchased

I’m always a little sceptical when buying from companies who are based overseas, but you shouldn’t worry. The product came quickly - arrived within a week and we are rural delivery. I wasn’t quite sure what to use so I used the chat box at the bottom and they provided me with the best option. I could barely get 1 bar of reception in the house on Spark, mostly had to go outside to get it, and it’s winter in the South Island, no thank you! Now we get 5 bars in the main areas of the house and 2-3 bars way down the other end. Really happy with it. We are getting another one for our cowshed and it’s on the way. Definitely chat to them to get the right one, and if chat is not available they will email back when they come back online

    Not working

Can’t reach support team after numerous calls over days. Left message for call back but received no call. Sent email for call back but received no call. Will wait until end of today and then send the unit back. Hopefully will get a refund unless you don’t respond to the refund request also.

    Works as Advertised

We went from less than 1 bar inside to 4 bars. Placed unit in living room and as long as you call and receive from there it works good. Less when you go into another room.
